Roots & Berries Smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of organic cucumber
- 1/2 cup frozen organic berries
- 1 Serenity Kids Organic Roots pouch
- 4 freeze-dried organic beet slices for coloring
- 1/2 cup organic coconut water
- Optional MCT oil which is a great source of fatty acids and manages blood sugar levels
- Other optional superfoods: ginger, chia or hemp
This recipe is a great way to use pouched purees while your toddler is growing into new foods (or use any half-eaten pouches you may have on hand)!
